Washington Crossing Brewfest

Join us for Brewfest 2024

Attend the first, and best, beer festival of the season in Bucks County, PA! Taking place at Washington Crossing Historic Park for its 13th year, Brewfest is on Saturday, May 4 from 12:30 to 4:30 PM.

This year, we have expanded upon our wide selection of IPA’s, allowing you to sample a variety of beer and brewed malt beverages - including hard ciders, kombuchas, seltzers, spiked teas, and others throughout the day. Your ticket includes a souvenir sampling cup and two-ounce pours from a variety of craft and commercial breweries.

Hear live music from First Highland Watch, a rock and roll bagpipe band, as well as the park’s Fife and Drum Corps. Eat mouthwatering food from vendors in a beautiful wooded setting overlooking the Delaware River. This is a volunteer run event and all proceeds help the Friends of Washington Crossing Park educate the public, promote history, and preserve the park for future generations.

Early Bird tickets go on sale from February 7 to 14 at a discounted price of $45. After that, General Admission is $55, plus a limited number of $17.76 Designated Driver tickets. Want to bring a group? Skip the online fees by purchasing your tickets in person at the Washington Crossing Visitor Center from February 15 to April 15. Get your tickets in advance, as the event is expected to sell out!

If you have questions, please email info@washingtoncrossingpark.org.

About

At the Washington Crossing Brewfest, you’ll get to taste more than 100 different beverages from dozens of local, regional, and nationally-known breweries.

Time and time again, our attendees say the unique location is their favorite part of the day. This isn’t your typical parking lot brewfest—instead, you’ll enjoy a picturesque location in a natural wooded environment.

This Brewfest is hosted by and benefits the non-profit Friends of Washington Crossing Park. Every dollar collected helps the Friends educate the public, promote the historic events that took place in Bucks County in 1776, and preserve the park’s colonial-era buildings and artifacts.

Previous Attendees Say…

So many breweries, with multiple offerings. The setting is beautiful, several food choices and more than enough facilities. Live music was excellent and fitting for the event. Plenty of parking and lots of nice, fun people attending. Worth the wait to get in! We have attended this event several years in a row and have always had a great time. Highly recommended! Stephen D.

The site was an enjoyable venue. The number of beverages to sample was immense and the food vendors were numerable. The price of everything was definitely doable. Jeanette B.

Such a fun day! Everyone is always in a good mood and it is a fun activity to do with friends while also learning about new beers and breweries. A highlight of spring! Barbara B.

Q: Where is the Washington Crossing Brewfest held?

A: The Brewfest is held in Washington Crossing, located in scenic Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Washington Crossing Historic Park (PA) preserves the site where General George Washington and his troops crossed the Delaware River on Christmas night 1776 and marched to Trenton, NJ. The address is 1638 River Rd, New Hope, PA 18938.

The Brewfest is located right next to the Delaware River in a shaded, wooded landscape. It is in the upper part of the park, behind the historic Thompson Neely House and Farmstead. This is across River Road from Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve, which is located 2.5 miles from the center of New Hope, Pennsylvania, and 4.5 miles from the four-way stop sign in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania.

A: This is a rain or shine event. Extra tenting will be provided if the forecast calls for rain. Guests are also encouraged to dress for the weather.

Q: Do I need to bring a photo ID?

Q. Do I need to bring my ticket?

A: Yes, please bring your tickets with you and have them ready to scan as you enter. Electronic or hard copy is fine.

Q: I just found out I can't attend, but I've already purchased a ticket. How do I get a refund?

A: Tickets are nonrefundable. This means that refunds will not be granted for any reason. However, you may pass your ticket on to a third party as long as that person is 21 or older and can provide a valid photo ID. The name on the ticket does not have to match the name on the guest's photo ID.

Q: I can't find the email that contains my ticket. Can you resend them?

A: You can retrieve your missing tickets here by entering the email you used to purchase them. If you’ve done this and you still don’t have your tickets, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us at info@washingtoncrossingpark.org to resolve this.

A: This is a sampling event only - no additional alcoholic beverages will be sold. Attendees will receive 2-ounce pours of many different kinds of beer and malt beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased from food vendors.

Q: How can I get involved as a food vendor or participating brewery?

A: Breweries and food vendors interested in participating should check the Vendor Information page or email Katherine Manning at kmanning@washingtoncrossingpark.org for more information.

Q: Can I re-enter the Brewfest area once I’ve left?

A: No. Once you have left the grounds, re-entry is not allowed. Bathrooms, water, and food are available on-site. There is no ATM, most vendors take cash, card, or Venmo.
